Jeremy Brooke
Executive Chairman
Jeremy is the former Group CEO of National Foods. He has held senior roles at Innscor Africa and founded Shearwater, a leading tourism company. He serves on multiple boards and brings decades of executive leadership to Cardinal Properties.
Gerry Hipwell
Managing Director
Gerry holds an Economics degree from Rhodes University and brings over 20 years of business management experience across Southern Africa. He is a former CEO of both JSE-listed and ZSE-listed companies.
Tendai Manyanda
Director, Legal & Compliance
Tendai brings 16 years of experience with 7 in land development. He holds degrees in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe and Law from UNISA, with a prior background in the banking sector.
Peter Chadwick
Head of Treasury
Peter is a Chartered Accountant with extensive corporate finance experience. He has worked at Deloitte and various merchant banks, and currently serves as non-executive chairman of Brown Engineering Group.
Kevin Smith
Director
Kevin holds a commerce degree from Rhodes University and brings an international property management background to the Cardinal team.
Richard Probst
Inventory Controller
Richard comes from Croatia, where he was the chief executive of a trading firm. He excels at modelling, where he has 25 years of experience building algorithms using large quantities of data. He brings a new level of computer knowledge to the group leadership. His past works history include aviation insurance, and stock markets. Qualified to trade in both London and Germany. He is a fit and proper person as defined by the London stock exchange.
Tendai Murehwa
Bridgewood, Gweru Project Manager
Tendai Ian Murehwa is a seasoned property development professional with over a decade of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He currently serves as Project Manager at Cardinal Properties Zimbabwe, leading the Bridgewood Gweru Development, a flagship "new city within a city" project. Tendai has previously worked with Ray White on Australia's Gold Coast and Joina City (Masawara Holdings) in Harare, and holds a BBA from Griffith University, majoring in Business Management, Real Estate, and Property Development.
